File Transfer

Sending Files from Your Phone to Desktop

1. Open the Files page in the mobile app.
2. Tap the upload area or "Choose file".
3. Pick a file from your phone (up to 50 MB).
4. The file is uploaded to your desktop agent and saved in the outbox folder.

Receiving Files from Desktop

When Bom on your desktop creates or saves a file for you (like a screenshot or report), it automatically appears in your Files list on the phone. Tap the download button to save it to your phone.

Transfer History

The Files page shows all recent transfers with their status:

• Completed — the file was transferred successfully. You can download it.
• Pending — the transfer is in progress.
• Failed — something went wrong. Try again.
