What is Bom Agent?
Bom Agent is a desktop AI agent that runs on your own PC. It ties Claude Code and Codex together so you can drive files, the web, email, video editing, and automation by chatting in plain language.
How is this different from cloud automation?
Bom Agent runs on your PC, so your files and browser sessions never leave your machine. Cloud automations execute on third-party servers and require uploads and separate sign-ups.
How much does it cost?
Bom Agent itself is free. Pay your CLI subscriptions (Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus) to those providers as usual — Bom never adds a separate charge.
Which operating systems do you support?

Is my data safe?
We don't send raw file contents to the server — only embeddings. Servers live in the Korea region (ap-northeast-2) and everything is TLS 1.3. See the Data storage page for the full breakdown.
Who builds it?
Bom Agent is built and operated by Bomtobe, a Korea-based team. The desktop app ships with an Apple Developer ID code-signing certificate and through the Microsoft Store.
